By creating an account, accessing, or using RankForge(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

RankForge is an AI-powered study platform that generates diagnostic quizzes, study guides, flashcards, concept maps, timelines, and interactive chat sessions from user-supplied study material. The Service is provided by the operator reachable at avoliro.ind+legal@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited conduct.

RankForge offers three tiers: Starter (Free), Pro, and Max. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.

Payments may be processed via Razorpay, or, during periods where automated billing is unavailable, manually by our team after you request payment instructions through the checkout page. You authorise us to charge or collect the applicable fee for the plan and billing period you select.

Subscription access expires at the end of the paid period. We do not automatically renew subscriptions — you must manually repurchase to extend access. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing pageand may change with 14 days’ notice.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at avoliro.ind+support@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with proof of purchase. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests related to technical failures on our end will be evaluated promptly. We do not issue refunds for unused subscription time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content.

The Service uses third-party large language models (currently Google Gemini) to generate study material. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• Content is provided for educational assistance only and is not a substitute for qualified academic, professional, or medical advice.
• You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.
• RankForge makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, submit, or process any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk without authorisation.
• Circumvent usage limits, share account credentials, or resell access to the Service.
• Transmit malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law, academic integrity policies, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove any content that, in our sole judgement, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

All software, design, branding, and original content comprising the Service are the intellectual property of RankForge and its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

Your content: You retain ownership of study material you upload. By uploading material you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not train AI models on your personal study material.

AI output: AI-generated outputs delivered to you through the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not resell or sublicence them.

We collect and process personal data (name, email, usage data) to operate and improve the Service. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described above. For data deletion requests or questions, contact avoliro.ind+legal@gmail.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Academic results, exam scores, and learning outcomes vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of study material generated by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RANKFORGE OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RankForge and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

For users located outside India, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to the above.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
